Take off the console's cover and resolder the wires individually. This stops further damage to the unit and your own house.
In case neither of those options work for you there's still one option remaining. Send the unit back to the manufacturer. The draw back is that you need to do without your X Box for several weeks. The upside is that when the console is returned the issue will have been removed.
