These are the components that you need in addition to what your company offers for your business. To effectively have the ability to recruit, you need to stand out amid others. Your distinctiveness and your personality will be able to do that. You only need to be yourself. Using the psychology of personal branding can make it easy. Your brand does not need to attract everyone. Underneath it all, folks like to relate to other people. Predominantly if they are just similar to them. They understand that no one is perfect so as they see some characteristics that shows that they are similar to them, they are naturally attracted. So we will need the three components of "Personality", "Competency", and "Differentiation" which make up "Personal Branding". Using personal branding with MLM is a must. So be your self and get out there.
